Sinopsis

Esta obra examina la intersección crítica entre tecnología y educación, analizando su impacto transformador en los procesos pedagógicos contemporáneos. A través de cinco capítulos estructurados sistemáticamente, el texto proporciona un análisis exhaustivo que abarca desde los fundamentos teóricos hasta las aplicaciones prácticas de la tecnología en entornos educativos. El libro establece inicialmente las bases conceptuales de la relación educación-tecnología en el siglo XXI, profundizando posteriormente en las teorías pedagógicas que fundamentan la integración tecnológica. La perspectiva histórica presentada contextualiza la evolución de las herramientas educativas digitales, examinando el desarrollo desde tecnologías básicas hasta innovaciones avanzadas como la realidad virtual, la inteligencia artificial y el metaverso. El análisis enfatiza la implementación de tecnologías específicas que están redefiniendo el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje: plataformas de gestión del aprendizaje, herramientas de realidad virtual y aumentada, aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial, sistemas de videoconferencia, dispositivos móviles y entornos inmersivos. La obra culmina examinando el impacto de la tecnología en la motivación estudiantil y el desarrollo de competencias laborales. Esta publicación se establece como un recurso fundamental para profesionales de la educación, proporcionando tanto análisis académico riguroso como orientaciones prácticas para la implementación tecnológica efectiva en diversos contextos educativos.
