Companies in the Lambayeque region are constantly changing at the strategic level, so the purpose of this research was to determine the impact on the formulation of strategic plans, also had as a population of 390 PRICO companies in the Lambayeque Region of Peru, which has 5 years or more in the market. It was of a descriptive scope and non-experimental design, having as results that most Lambayeque companies establish strategic alignments in a period of three years, whose cause refers to cost and time. On the other hand, in view of the results, it is concluded that the companies under study should adapt to the changing environments in their sectors and thus have a competent level through organizational leadership.
