Synopsis

The chapters analyze various approaches to economic and social development. Knowledge Management as a Driver of Development from the University highlights the role of educational institutions in fostering innovation and progress. The Use of Engagement as a Strategy to Enhance Work Quality in an Agricultural Cooperative in Piura examines how employee engagement improves productivity in cooperatives. Family Economy and Reciprocity Networks in Coca Production in the Comarca Community, Peru explores the informal socioeconomic dynamics that sustain farming families. Finally, Tax Incentives in Attracting Foreign Direct Investment in Ecuador (2009-2022) evaluates public policies to promote investment.
