The book presents a thematic variety of university research results in the areas of health, law, technology, economics, and education. The contributions that are reflected here, allow giving continuity to the important work that the Ecuadorian society and its institutions have entrusted to the Catholic University of Cuenca, in the framework of the development of academic products that provide solutions to the problems of the social and productive environment. This valuable academic contribution allows us to broaden the culture of scientific dissemination, undoubtedly, this work opens the way for our teachers and students in the fascinating world of scientific research, so that it is put into consideration by the national and international academic community.
