This work brings together research examining the social, cultural, political, and economic transformations of Latin America. It addresses the revitalization of indigenous languages, collective memory in post-crisis societies, energy transitions and political ecology, artificial intelligence applied to the humanities and oral folklore, care systems, hybrid education and school leadership, juvenile criminal justice, digital law against organized crime, innovative financial instruments, and cybersecurity in small businesses. From a situated and critical perspective, the authors offer validated instruments and public policy proposals to face the contemporary challenges of the region.
