Collective eBooks allow the integration of diverse worldviews of authors into a single work. This type of collaboration is ideal for authors who want to publish short research reports on new topics, case studies, dissertations, or essays that explore innovative ideas, issues, or broader themes on a research topic. 

Responsibilities of the editor of a collective book:

Writing the call for papers for the book.
Manage invitations for potential chapter/article participants.
Participate in the selection/acceptance process of the proposals received.
Write the book presentation.

As editor of the book, can I write a chapter?

Yes, in addition to writing the book presentation, it is possible to write a chapter.

How long does it take to publish the book?

Deadlines are agreed upon between the editors and the Religación Press team. The following are the distinct stages of the publishing process:

- Submission of abstracts
- Communication of results
- Submission of full chapters
- Evaluation of chapters
- Production
- Publication

Do authors retain copyright?

Yes, authors will retain the rights to their work. The book will be published in open access.

How many editors can coordinate a collective book?

Up to 4 coordinators.

What languages are accepted?

The proposal can be written in Spanish, English, or Portuguese.

Later applications will be sent to DOAB (Directory of Open Access Books), EBSCO, REDIB, Muse Project, etc.*.
