This volume II explores the evolution of contemporary education, focusing on reflective teacher training in Chile after the social outbreak, and how it strengthens historical consciousness. Teaching in a context of “prefabricated times” is analyzed and environmental education is highlighted as a fundamental element in the Social Sciences. Happiness and teacher motivation are addressed from a sociological approach. In addition, the use of playfulness in early childhood education and the implementation of an inclusive culture are evaluated through university case studies. Didactic strategies and digital competencies are considered in rural education in Cajamarca. The book also examines the impact of gamification in online learning and the need for self-assessment in higher education institutions. Finally, financial education, youth entrepreneurship culture and professional practices in Cancun's hotel industry are discussed, highlighting the diversity of approaches needed in today's education.
