With great satisfaction and with the hope that this research will help to clear some doubts about what to do when debtors dispose of their assets with the sole purpose of not fulfilling the obligations incurred; because in our harsh reality many people get into debt and seek ways to mock the right of creditors, who in many cases are forced to punish the debts to be collected; because debtors use the conclusion of various legal acts in order to avoid payment. We have titled this research: “Judicial proceedings arising from the revocatory or pauliana action” in order to present some alternative solutions on the various legal forms that debtors use to avoid complying with the obligations acquired; for which we follow the sequence of: theory, practice and jurisprudence; so we hope to be contributing with this small work with the legal culture of the country.
