Sinopse

O livro apresenta uma análise sobre a gestão de pequenas e médias empresas em contextos de instabilidade econômica, destacando os desafios enfrentados pelas MPMEs e empresas familiares quando o ambiente se torna incerto. Ao longo de seus capítulos, examinam-se fatores como a dependência do proprietário na tomada de decisões, a falta de planejamento estratégico, a limitada disponibilidade de recursos e os conflitos decorrentes da relação entre família, propriedade e empresa. Da mesma forma, abordam-se aspectos relacionados à liderança, à delegação de responsabilidades e à necessidade de adotar modelos de gestão mais organizados que permitam melhorar a eficiência e reduzir a vulnerabilidade empresarial. O livro também enfatiza a importância do planejamento flexível, da inovação, da adoção de tecnologias acessíveis e do desenvolvimento de capacidades de adaptação para enfrentar crises econômicas e mudanças no mercado. Finalmente, a obra propõe estratégias voltadas para fortalecer a resiliência organizacional, promover a profissionalização da gestão e construir empresas mais sustentáveis e preparadas para futuros cenários de incerteza.
