Sinopse

Doze relatos reais de professores chilenos constituem o eixo central desta obra, que aborda a gestão de incidentes críticos em sala de aula a partir de um olhar profundamente humanizador. Afastando-se da teoria abstrata, o livro analisa situações como agressões, ameaças ou acusações, oferecendo um modelo prático de resposta estruturado em três momentos: antes, durante e depois da crise. Sua proposta central é transitar da reatividade para uma ação socioemocional proativa que proteja a saúde mental do docente. O objetivo é que o professorado não apenas resista às adversidades, mas que consiga florescer profissionalmente através delas, fortalecendo sua vocação e seu bem-estar integral.
